Epson HX-20

Was introduced in 1981 and is arguably the first TRUE laptop computer. It has two proprietary 8 bit processors, 16 Kilobytes of RAM. The ROM holds an Epson BASIC interpreter.

The LCD screen is 120 x 32 dot matrix 

The printer is 24 columns tot matrix.

It can read standard microcassette tapes

Connectors are two serial RS-232C connectors, one is 110 to 4800 bps and the other is a 38.4000 bps 

The expansion bus can be used for a separately sold floppy drive.
