1. General

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all offers, purchases, and agreements of Erix Collectables, located at Dorpsstraat 27, 5582JW Waalre, The Netherlands.
1.2 By making a purchase, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

2. Offer and Agreement

2.1 All offers from Erix Collectables are non-binding and subject to availability.
2.2 The agreement is concluded at the moment the customer makes a purchase and it is confirmed by Erix Collectables.

3. Prices and Payment

3.1 All prices are in euros and include VAT.
3.2 Payment must be made via the payment methods offered by Erix Collectables.

4. Delivery and Shipping

4.1 Erix Collectables aims to ship online orders within 3 working days.
4.2 The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address.

5. Warranty and Complaints

5.1 All offered goods are second-hand and are sold in the condition they are in.
5.2 For online orders, exchanges are allowed within 14 days, provided it is reported within 2 days of receipt that the product is not satisfactory.
5.3 Electronics are sold as display-only items unless explicitly stated that the electronics are functioning.
5.4 The customer must return the goods in the same condition as purchased. The goods must be properly and securely packed to prevent damage during transport. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5.5 The customer is responsible for the shipping process of the return shipment.
5.6 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5.7 Vouchers cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

6. Liability

6.1 Erix Collectables is not liable for any damage caused by the use of the sold goods.

7. Applicable Law and Disputes

7.1 All legal relationships to which Erix Collectables is a party are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
7.2 Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the district where Erix Collectables is located.

8. Amendment of Terms

8.1 Erix Collectables reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
8.2 Amendments will take effect from the moment they are published on the Erix Collectables website or communicated to the customer in another way.
